A Sound Journey invites you to give wings to your mind and tap into your body’s wisdom. Everything around us is constantly vibrating. Everything around us is Sound. During a Sound Journey the sounds travel through you while restoring imbalances on a physical, emotional, mental as well as spiritual level. The only action it takes from you is to lay down and keep breathing. Next to that, your curiosity to what the session might bring you may bring your body and soul in the required receptive state. Gently a Sound Journey takes you on a trip while you surrender to sounds and Silence.

Your Soul’s vibration is always pure and if energy is flowing freely these vibrations are expanding throughout your entire beeing. Yet, part of the vibrations of your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual bodies may become disturbed due to things you encounter in life. That’s where the vibrations produced by our instruments and voices come into play. Their pure sounds travel and meet the innately good vibrations already present inside your different bodies. As a result of the phenomenon of entrainment the disrupted vibrations are restored or recalibrated by the sounds produced live and in attunement to your needs.
While setting up the space for your Sound Journey certain instruments present themselves to be of service and want to join us on the journey. Just like you, each instrument has a Spirit. Working with these Spirits and their Sounds is a humbling experience.
The world of Sound and Silence is as infinite as its source.

About your session
For Sound Journeys we meet in my practice. Duration 1,5 hours, €85 (21% VAT exclusive in case of invoice). For a session in your space of choice, price is made upon request.
