When your heart aches, it is in dire need of as much love and care you can possible provide

Waves of Grief

8.13h I open my eyes and within seconds a wave of grief washes over me. My heart aches and it physically hurts. My entire being is mourning. Every cell is loaded with sadness. Anything can make me cry. My face is cramped, so are my neck and shoulders. Emotionally I feel shattered. All I want is to curl up and zone out.

But life thought me: When your heart aches, it is in dire need of as much love and care you can possible provide.
