For Sound healing Sessions we meet in my practice. Duration 1,5 hours, €85 (21% VAT exclusive in case of invoice). For a session in your space of choice, price is made upon request.

"Sound healing can not be explained, only experienced"
Sound Healing invites you to give wings to your mind and tap into your body’s wisdom. Everything around us is constantly vibrating. Everything around us is Sound. With Sound Healing the Sound travels through you while restoring imbalances on a physical, emotional, mental as well as spiritual level. The only action it takes from you is to lay down and keep Breathing. Next to that, Curiosity to what it might bring you will put your Body and Soul in the required receptive state. Gently a Sound Healing session takes you on a journey while you surrender to the Sounds and the Silence.
Sound Healing can be chosen for many different reasons and sessions can be booked individually or in group.
I offer Sound Healing experiences in three ways
Exploring your Soul's vibrations
Individual Sound Healing 
“The entire journey is custom built according to your needs”
Your Soul’s vibration is always Pure. Yet, the vibrations of your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual bodies may be disturbed due to things you encounter in Life. Past traumatic events, but also more recent (less severe) disruptions in daily life, or stubborn thought patterns and limiting believes can add to less favorable vibrations. The vibrations produced by instruments and our voice travel and meet the vibrations already present inside your different bodies.
As a result of the phenomenon of entrainment the disrupted vibrations are restored or recalibrated by the Sounds produced live and in attunement to your needs. While setting up the space for your Sound healing session certain instruments present themselves to be of service and to join us on the journey. Just like you, each instrument has a Spirit. Working with these Spirits and their Sounds is a humbling experience.
The world of Sound and Silence is as infinite as its source.

Sound Healing Circle 
“The meditative state of a group creates an additional healing dimension”
A Sound healing Circle is like a prayer, a celebration of Life, an honoring of who you are and what your body is capable of, an opportunity of rebirth, or deep relaxation. Any reason is valid to participate and open up to the healing vibrations. During the Sound healing concert you reside in your own bubble on your mat, covered by a blanket to keep your energy close to yourself. The journey of a Sound healing Circle is built up gradually. In the opening Silence you can fully arrive, leaving all the hustle of the day behind you, and consciously connect with your Intention. Then the Sound will silent your mind, traverse your body and guide your Spirit. The vibrations will restore imbalances in your physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual body while you are allowed to relax and surrender (to whatever degree is possible for you then and there). Afterwards, there’s the open invitation to connect with the other participants, a great opportunity to meet other beautiful Souls, if that feels good to you. Being born from the Heart, again and again
Sound of Cacao 
“Traditionally Cacao is food for the Gods”
The intake of raw Cacao is a rather recent practice as compared to the ancient traditions using Cacao solely as an offering the the Spirits and to Mother Earth. It is clear that working with this gift of the Earth asks for a ceremonial setting in close connection to the Four Elements (Earth, Water, Fire and Air) and the Four Cardinal Directions (North, West, South and East).
Raw Cacao guides you on the path from your mind to your heart. The Spirit of Cacao has the ability to open up the doors of your Heart and reactivate your spiritual connection. During the ceremony deep gratitude and honoring is practiced: toward the Sacredness of this Medicine, as well as to the God or Goddess within you and and the divinity of the natural world you are part of. The beneficial effects of this bittersweet drink are noticeable on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
In a Sound of Cacao ceremony, we work with Sound and Silence, and occasionally shared Dance, Drumming and Singing.
